Disk Atlas Terms of Service
Disk Atlas is a macOS disk cataloging utility created to help users scan, organize, search and understand information about their own files and storage devices.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Disk Atlas, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Purpose of the App
Disk Atlas helps users create searchable catalogs of disks, folders, external drives and archives. The app is provided as a productivity and organization tool.
3. Not a Backup Service
Disk Atlas is not a backup service. It helps you understand and search storage metadata, but it does not replace a proper backup system. You remain responsible for backing up important files, disks and catalog data.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the disks, folders, archives and storage devices you choose to scan. You should only use Disk Atlas with content you own or are authorized to access.
5. Paid Access
Disk Atlas may offer Disk Atlas Pro features through Apple In-App Purchase. Purchases are processed securely by Apple through the Mac App Store.
- Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase for Disk Atlas Pro features in this app.
- Monthly Access is an auto-renewable subscription.
- Restore Purchases is available inside the app.
6. Subscription Terms
If you purchase Monthly Access, it renews automatically unless cancelled according to Apple’s subscription rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
7. Lifetime Access
Lifetime Access is a non-consumable purchase for Disk Atlas Pro features in this app. It does not guarantee access to unrelated future products or separate services.
8. No External Payment System
Disk Atlas does not use an external payment system for app access. Payments are handled by Apple through the Mac App Store.
9. No Warranty
Disk Atlas is provided “as is.” We aim to provide a reliable app, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of Disk Atlas.
11. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available at https://disk-atlas.click/terms.php.
